Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice, preferably medium-grain
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 slice lemon rind
  • 1 cup of water
  • ⅓ cup of raisins
  • ⅓ cup of sliced pecans
  • 2 cups of hot milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • ground cinnamon added according to taste. for serving
Instructions
  1. Wash the rice and cook in water, along with the cinnamon stick and lemon rind.
  2. Once the mixture softens, add the raisins and hot milk.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the condensed milk and stir.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish or individual bowls.
  6. Sprinkle on top the ground cinnamon and the pecans.
  7. Enjoy.
