  • 10 eggs
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 2 diced chilli peppers
  • 3 spoonfuls vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. In a deep bowl, lightly batter the eggs and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan fry the onion and chilli peppers.
  3. When the onion becomes transparent, add the tomatoes and keep frying.
  4. Add eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook over medium heat and stir periodically.
  6. Serve.
