Mexican Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • ¼ lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup diced Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • dash of Cayenne Pepper
  • 8oz Refried Beans
  • 2 10 inch Flour Tortillas
  • ¼ cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 1 Green Onion, chopped
  • 4 Grape Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped Jalapeño Peppers
  • 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet.
  4. Stir in chili, cumin, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  5. Place tortillas side by side on the baking sheet.
  6. Cover with a layer of refried beans.
  7. Scatter half of the beef over each tortilla, then cover with the second tortilla.
  8. Bake 10 minutes.
  9. Remove tortillas out of the oven. Spread salsa on top of each and top with cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños.
  10. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
