Chicken and Beef Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
For the marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Pepper
For the Pico de Gallo
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
  • Salt, to taste
For the Vegetables
  • 1 White Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
Fixin's:
  • 1 cup Chili Beans
  • 6 pieces Flour Tortilla
  • ¼ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • Lime Wedges
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients for the marinade in a food processor.
  2. Marinate the beef and chicken breast overnight.
  3. Toss all ingredients for the pico de gallo in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  4. Grill the chicken for 4 minutes each side.
  5. Grill the beef for 3 minutes per side. Rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
  6. Sautee the onions and bell peppers in a grill pan.
  7. Reheat the tortillas on a non-stick pan.
  8. Serve fajitas with tortilla, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, and chili beans.
