Chicken and Beef Fajitas Recipe

- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- Juice of 1 Lime
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Jalapeno, chopped
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
- Salt, to taste
- 1 White Onion, chopped
- 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup Chili Beans
- 6 pieces Flour Tortilla
- ¼ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- Lime Wedges
- Blend all ingredients for the marinade in a food processor.
- Marinate the beef and chicken breast overnight.
- Toss all ingredients for the pico de gallo in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes each side.
- Grill the beef for 3 minutes per side. Rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
- Sautee the onions and bell peppers in a grill pan.
- Reheat the tortillas on a non-stick pan.
- Serve fajitas with tortilla, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, and chili beans.
