Prepare Fajita seasoning, in a small bowl mix all fajita ingredients together – cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, sweet paprika, onion, and garlic.
In the slow cooker put salsa sauce, beef, pepper, onion, on the top puy fajita and mix all well.
Cook on the LOW temperature around 6 hours, on high around 4 hours.
Serve with green leaf lettuce in the corn tortillas.
