  • 500 grams Pork Belly
  • 100 grams Pork Liver
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 small Potato, cut into cubes
  • 1 small Carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sliced Hotdog
  • ¼ cup Green Peas
  • 2 tbsp. Liver Spread
  • Brown Sugar, Salt, and Pepper to taste
  1. Marinate the pork in soy sauce and lemon juice for an hour.
  2. In a pot, heat oil and fry potatoes and carrots. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sautee garlic and onion.
  4. Add marinated pork belly and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the pork liver and tomato sauce. Simmer until pork and liver are tender.
  6. Add potatoes, carrots, red bell pepper, raisins, hotdog, sweet peas, and liver spread. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve.
