- 1 lbs beef, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 10 ounces salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups green leaf lettuce
- Prepare Fajita seasoning, in a small bowl mix all fajita ingredients together – cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, sweet paprika, onion, and garlic.
- In the slow cooker put salsa sauce, beef, pepper, onion, on the top puy fajita and mix all well.
- Cook on the LOW temperature around 6 hours, on high around 4 hours.
- Serve with green leaf lettuce in the corn tortillas.
